Program Objectives: The 2024 Vandalia Health Network Conference will feature lectures, case presentations and educational sessions on a variety of issues facing health care professionals today. This one -day conference will focus on current trends in value-based care and population health management. The program is designed for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers and all allied health professionals involved in population health care and management. No pre- requisites are required
