How do we reduce our risk for misuse of pain medication or addiction? Join us for an interactive session with our panel of experts to discuss various strategies, including over-the-counter medication, prescription drugs and non-pharmacological therapies. Mindfulness meditation for chronic pain will also be explored. A question and answer session with the panel will follow.
