Description:
This will be the 35th midwinter cardiovascular conference held at Snowshoe and will be co-sponsored by CAMC Health Education and Research Institute and Duke University Division of Cardiology. The conference is designed to assist the physician caring for adult patients with complex cardiac problems and traditionally has dealt with the various difficult management problems that occur in patients with cardiovascular disease. Evening “Meet the Experts” sessions will provide opportunities for informal discussions among attendees and speakers. In response to evaluation requests, more opportunities for case reports and discussion have been included. An audience response system is utilized with this program and has been received with much enthusiasm by previous course participants. This program is designed for cardiologists, internists, family practitioners, hospitalists, and emergency medicine practitioners, as well as nurse practioners and physician assistants. The course is limited to 120 participants.
Notes:
Hotel reservations must be made by Dec. 16, 2015. Group rates apply for three days pre- and three days post-conference (subject to availability). Minimum of two night stay is required to receive group discounted rates. We encourage participation by all individuals. If you have a disability, advance notification on any special needs will help us better serve you.
