The unique needs of a veteran who seeks healthcare can only be met through a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach that ensures access to care, a comprehensive assessment, an effective treatment plan, and transitions of care that connect the patient with the appropriate resources. For Heroes Proved, a multidisciplinary continuing education offering, highlights the issues most common to our veteran patients and equips the healthcare team with tools to serve veterans with compassion and expertise.
