Description:
Discipline Management 102 – Skills Practice Module is the second and more advanced course in the Discipline Management module series. It is highly recommended you attend the first discipline management HRU before signing up for this course. However, this course would be appropriate for more tenured managers and long term leaders with the responsibility of addressing employee performance and behavior. A facilitator will lead participates through interactive discussion, scenarios, and skills practice. This course digs deeper into complex employee relation scenarios not commonly seen on a day-to-day basis and not typically covered in the first discipline management course.
