This module will assist you in learning how to read the reports beyond the grand mean score. You will gain understanding in how to compare your scores to your facility and to the system. We will review the eye-chart and what it means. At the conclusion, managers should be able to identify improvement opportunities, outline action plans, and learn ideas from the discussion with others.
