At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to
1. Choose a person-centered blood pressure target for an older adult with hypertension based on available evidence and recent guidelines.
2. Evaluate the risks of QTc interval prolongation of QTc when reviewing drug interaction alerts generated for a patient receiving multiple interacting drugs.
3. Recognize the revisions in the Beers criteria that are expected to be finalized in 2018.
4. Apply the results of research published in 2017 to improve the lives of older adults.
