Objectives: At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
1. Describe the latest data related to suicide among elders and distinguish between age and gender factors
2. Identify three or more reasons that cause elders to commit suicide
3. Identify arguments about the moral and ethical questions raised by elder suicide
4. Identify proactive ways to help prevent elder suicide
