Description:
Objectives: At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
1. Estimate the life expectancy of an older adult using Eprognosis.
2. Provide patients with reasons to review their Medicare Part D plan each year and direct them to resources that will help with that process.
3. Apply the results of research published in 2016 to improve the lives of older adults.
4. Use resources from the American Geriatrics Society available to nonmembers to improve the lives of older adults.
