Description:
This program is designed to provide continuing professional development for pharmacist preceptors of both students and residents with a focus on developing effective precepting skills and contributing to the advancement of the pharmacy profession. At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to: 1. Describe the layered learning model of pharmacy practice with a focus on strategies to overcome implementation barriers. 2. Identify mutually beneficial methods to effectively integrate learners into your practice site. 3. Employee strategies for providing and using feedback in the experiential setting.
