This is a training class for the performance management system, HealthcareSource Performance Manager. This class will teach managers how to access and register in the performance management system, review job descriptions, and create goals (performance planners) for your employees. We will also train managers how to reassign appraisal tasks to another user, assign self-appraisals, assign multi-raters (peer review) and complete employee appraisals.
