Description:
In conjunction with West Virginia State Medical Associations Annual Meeting, a Urology workshop has been planned to meet the needs of regional physicians that practice urologic surgery. This workshop will provide an update of various new developments in clinical urology and the effects of healthcare billing and coding on the healthcare system. All lectures will be presented by regional experts in their fields and will be supplemented with discussions and opportunities for audience participation. This program is planned for physicians that practice in the specialty of Urology and for Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and other interested physicians. By attending this workshop, the participant will be able to: • Review new developments in urologic surgery • Increase knowledge to facilitate management of urologic clinical problems • Discuss the impact of ICD-10 in the practice of medicine • Discuss current technologies and applications to assist the urology practice
